文章以评估南京市智残人士生活质量及社会支持现状为目的,对智残人士及其相关的社会支持群体进行调查并收集数据后,采用定量和定性相结合的方法对智残人士的生活质量现状进行分析。研究发现,智残人士的生活质量与其社会支持程度密切相关,智残个体的生活质量与家庭支持、政府援助和服务性机构支持密切相关。当前南京市智残人士生活满意度整体偏低,社会融入度偏低,在基本经济保障、婚姻需要、教育就业等方面现状堪忧,智残人士服务机构发展遇阻。研究认为,加强政府投入与政策支持、改善民办智残托养机构的环境、提升残疾人事业宣传力度是当前促进智残人士生活质量提高的重要因素。

With a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the intellectually disabled and the relevant social support groups in Nanjing, this research gives an analysis of their current life quality and social support based on an incisive analysis of the collected data. It con- cludes that the life quality of the intellectually disabled is closely related to the degree of social support and the government assistance, family support and service institutions. At present, the intellectually disabled in Nanjing feel unsatisfied with their life and social inte- gration, and have fairly poor basic economic guarantee, poor marriage and employment prospects as well as poor education. Moreover, service institutions for the intellectually disabled also face some obstacles in development. It is believed that more government invest- ment and policy support, improved private care - offering institutions, and more publicity of the cause of the disabled are important fac- tors for facilitating the improvement of life quality of the intellectually disabled.
