云南省边境一线地区的跨境婚姻问题近十多年来非常突出,重点边境乡镇跨境婚姻人数年增加幅度超过10%,最高的甚至达年均30%以上。跨境婚姻问题属于人口学的结构性研究范畴,也与社会经济、个人因素、文化和习俗、价值观等非结构性因素密切相关。跨境婚姻行为并非由简单的个体因素引发,事实上是由很深刻的人口因素和社会因素所推动。从总人口性别比、农村人口性别比、适婚人口性别比以及流动人口的数据,从婚姻挤压的角度来分析边疆农村青年择偶的跨境选择,一定意义上解释了跨境婚姻行为的合理性。婚姻挤压因素造成的边民择偶外溢,是缓解贫困大龄边民的婚姻、家庭困扰的合理方式,同时也存在很多管理困难和潜在风险,期待着国家层面的法治化和规范化管理。

The cross-border marriage problems in the borderland of Yunnan province have become more obvious in recent ten years. The number of cross - border marriages from the key villages and towns has a yearly increase of more than 10% , or even over 30% . The cross - border marriage problems fall into the demographic structural research category but are also closely related to such non - structural factors like socio - economic factors, personal factors, cultures, customs, and values The cross - border marriages are not simply triggered off by individual variables, but incurred by some deep - rooted demographic and social factors. Taking into account of the sex ratios of the total population, the rural population, the marriageable population and the floating population, this paper adopts the marriage squeeze theory to analyze the marriages of the rural youth living in the borderland and partly reveals the rationality of their cross -border marriages. The marriage squeeze factors encourage some youths to choose a foreign spouse, which can help some poor unmarried youths to get married but there are still some potential risks waiting to be solved by the state legalization and rational management.
