弃婴是社会的痛处,弃婴问题不仅是一个家庭的问题也是全社会和政府需要共同解决的问题。在分析我国对弃婴救助现状的基础上,指出了弃婴救助过程中存在的问题,并提出完善弃婴救助的对策建议,如健全现有的法律法规、完善现有的儿童福利保障制度等。

The abandoned baby is the pain to society,and it＇s not only a family problem but also a problem that the whole society and government need to solve. Based on the analysis of the current status of the abandoned baby rescue,problems in salvage process were pointed out,and countermeasure and suggestions to perfect the rescue were put forward： such as improving the existing laws and regulations,perfecting the existing children welfare security system and so on.
