中国的城镇化萌芽于洋务运动,然而却落后于当时世界城镇化的总体进程。作为辛亥革命领军人物的孙中山,面对落后农业为主体的旧中国,用一种较之前人更为全面的思路去思考中国的城镇化问题。根据中国的实际情况,提出了以点带面,根据地区特点推进城镇化,以重工业为主、兼顾发展其他产业,注重城市的科学规划和建设等一系列推进中国城镇化的措施。反思孙中山城镇化思想中存在的问题,可知中国的城镇化发展必须坚持走中国特色的新型城镇化道路,妥善处理城镇化中各方的利益关系,谋求稳定的内外部建设环境。

The urbanization of China originated from the westernization movement,however it has lagged far behind the overall process of the world urbanization. Facing the old China which takes backward agriculture as the main body,as the Xin Hai Revolution leader,Sun Yat-sen thought about the problems of China＇s urbanization with a more comprehensive idea than the precedence. According to China＇s actual situation,he proposed a series of measures to promote the urbanization such as fanning out from point to area,according to the characteristics of the region to promote urbanization,remaining heavy industry dominant and other industries developing side by side,paying attention to scientific planning and construction of the city. When introspect the problems of urbanization in Sun Yatsen＇s thought,urbanization development in China must adhere to a new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and handle the relationship between the interests of all parties properly to seek a stable internal and external environment.
