China' s Aging Population, Self-reported Health Status, Daily Life Self-care Ability, Influencing Factors, Social - Psychology - Biological Medical Model
本文以2011年北京大学全国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查数据为依托,以社会一心理一生物医学模式为理论分析框架,引入童年医疗状况和父母是否健在变量,运用Logistic回归方法对老年人的健康状况(包括健康自评状况、日常生活自理能力)及其影响因素进行分析,探索自然属性、社会经济结构特征、生活习惯、患病或损伤状况、心理状况以及童年医疗状况和父母是否健在对老年人健康状况的影响。研究发现,老年人的健康状况基本符合社会一心理一生物医学模式,童年医疗状况对其健康状况没有显著影响,母亲健在对老年人的日常生活自理能力影响显著。

Employing the tracking survey data from "the 2011 national elderly health influencing factors" of Beijing university, this study adopted the social-psychology-biological medical model as the analytical framework, and the variables that childhood medical conditions and whether parents still alive have been in- troduced into the model, and explored the health status (including self-reported health status and daily life self-care ability)and influencing factors of China' s aging population. The logistic regression model has been used for analysis, the natural attribute, social economic structure characteristics, living habits, the con- dition of illness or injury, mental status and childhood health status and whether parents are still alive have been put into the model. The regression results indicated that those kinds of factors of social-psychology-bi- ological medical model are significantly associated with the health status of China' s aging population, child- hood health status has no significant effect on their health, mother is still alive has significant influence on the elder' s daily life self-care ability.
