以山东省水泥行业为例,对水泥行业的能源、经济和环境可持续性发展问题进行深入研究。首先构建能源、经济和环境可持续发展评价指标体系,然后利用熵权法确定评价指标的权重,对水泥行业的能源、经济和环境发展水平进行计算,并根据耦合发展度模型对水泥行业能源、经济和环境的协调发展程度进行测算。结果显示,2005~2010年山东省水泥行业能源、经济和环境整体耦合协调度呈上升态势,然而能源与经济、能源与环境、经济与环境耦合协调度出现波动。

This paper makes a deep research on the coupling development issues between energy, economy and environment in cement industry. At first, the evaluation index system be established for the sustainable development of energy, economy and environment, and then the objective analytical methods are used to determine the weight of indexes, and calculate cou- pling coordination degree of energy, economy and environment in cement industry. According to the model of the coupling development level, the result reveales that coupling coordination degree of energy, economy and environment in cement in- dustry improved obviously, and the coupling coordination degree of energy and economy, economy and environment is in un- harmonious status.
