选取国有大型煤矿企业为研究对象,在理论分析制度遵从行为内涵基础上,从驱动视角解析制度遵从行为的结构类型,提出外源性制度遵从行为和内源性制度遵从行为的划分;剖析安全管理制度遵从行为的内涵和类型;总结其制度行为的现状和特征。

Choosing safety management rules in Large State-owned coal mining enterprises as research object, this paper an- alyzed connation and questionnaire of rules following behaviors, then surveyed front line workers, concluded the status and characteristics of roles following behaviors, wished to put forward theoretical and practical backup for further research.
