学科人才建设不是个体发展的过程,而应是围绕学科建设服务的复合型人才群体协同发展的过程。学科人才内涵建设要从制度建设、系统规划、协同创新的角度,营造适宜学科人才群体发展的软环境、形成学科人才建设立体层进结构、建设助力学科和社会发展的高校智库,以实现学科发展与社会服务的良性互动。
學科人纔建設不是箇體髮展的過程,而應是圍繞學科建設服務的複閤型人纔群體協同髮展的過程。學科人纔內涵建設要從製度建設、繫統規劃、協同創新的角度,營造適宜學科人纔群體髮展的軟環境、形成學科人纔建設立體層進結構、建設助力學科和社會髮展的高校智庫,以實現學科髮展與社會服務的良性互動。
학과인재건설불시개체발전적과정,이응시위요학과건설복무적복합형인재군체협동발전적과정。학과인재내함건설요종제도건설、계통규화、협동창신적각도,영조괄의학과인재군체발전적연배경、형성학과인재건설입체층진결구、건설조역학과화사회발전적고교지고,이실현학과발전여사회복무적량성호동。
The construction of discipline talents should be a coordinative de-- velopmental process of the versatile talents group serving the discipline construction, rather than a process of individual development. From different perspec- tives, such as the system construction, the system planning and the collaborative innovation, the connotation eonstructton of discipline talents should establish a suitable soft environment for the talents group, form a stereo structure, and build the umversity think tanks boosting the discipline and social development to realize the positive interaction between the discipline development and the social service.
