针对本科生校外毕业设计远程监管困难和质量保障体系不健全等问题,文中分析了水工专业校外毕业设计的特点及存在的问题,探讨了校外毕业设计监管改革措施,研究并提出了一套校外毕业设计远程监控方法,进一步完善了现行水工专业毕业设计控评机制,结合近年来教学管理实践表明,这一改革措施有效提升了水工本科生校外毕业设计整体质量和管理水平,同时该远程监管策略亦可推广于其他工程类专业。

Designed for remote supervision of undergraduate school graduation difficulty and quality assurance system is not perfect and other issues , the paper analyzes the hydraulic graduation design features and problems, discusses school graduation reform measures, proposes a set of remote monitoring ways of graduation design to improve the existing graduation quality assurance and evaluation system. Combined with the recent teaching management practice, it shows that the reform measures effectively improve the overall hydraulic undergraduate school graduation design quality and management level, while the remote regulatory policy can promote to other engineering majors .
