倡导低碳节能生活,建设生态文明社会,就要重视电力系统的能效改善。电力供应系统的能效改善是涉及电能生产、配送和利用的多方协同的复杂系统工程。文章运用系统论方法研究电力供求系统的整体资源优化,分析电力供求系统能源效率改善的复杂反馈运行机理,认为引入用户响应子系统、电厂自律子系统和电网智能化子系统可以改善电力供求系统的能源效率,并就如何建设用户响应子系统、电厂自律子系统和电网智能化子系统提出相应的可行性政策建议。

When low carbon energy saving life is advocated and ecological civilization society is constructed, we should attach importance to the power system energy efficiency improvement. The energy efficiency improvement of power supply system is involved in energy production, distribution and use, which is the collaborative and complex system engineering. Using the system theory, we studied the optimization of overall resources of electric power supply and demand system and analyzed the complex feedback mechanism of energy efficiency improvement in electric power supply and demand system. We believed that the construction of customer response subsystem, power plant self-discipline subsystem and intelligent power grid system can improve the energy efficiency of electric power supply and demand system. Then some feasible suggestions of responding system were put forward.
