沙漠旅游是一项新兴旅游产品,具有广阔的市场前景,塔克拉玛干沙漠旅游开发能有效促进新疆跨越式发展和丝绸之路经济带战略的实施。本文利用SWOT法分析了塔克拉玛干沙漠旅游开发的内部优势、劣势因素和外部机遇、威胁因素,通过构建战略四边形,得出战略方位角0=61.40。,战略强度系数p=0.592,结果表明塔克拉玛干沙漠旅游开发应充分利用当前大好机遇,采取相对积极的机会型、开拓型战略。最后,针对SWOT分析结果,提出塔克拉玛干沙漠旅游开发战略重点。

Desert tourism is a new tourism product which has a broad market prospect. Tourism development of Taklimakan Desert will improve both the leaping development of Xinjiang and the implementation of the development strategy of Silk Road economic zone. This paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats in tourism development of Taklimakan Desert based on the SWOT. The strategic quadrangle built shows the azimuth 0 is 61.40° and the strength coeffieient p is 0. 592. So the tourism development of Taklimakan Desert should take the opportunistic and pioneering strategy. At last, the principal strategy of desert tourism development is proposed.
