产业集成创新是促进经济结构调整和产业升级的重要方式和途径,国家意志在其中能够发挥关键作用。文章以大飞机产业为例,对国家意志在产业集成创新中的作用展开分析,提出国家意志影响产业集成创新的四个方面：战略集成、组织集成、市场集成和技术集成,指出未来国家意志还需要与市场机制更紧密地融合,以形成我国独有的创新优势。

The integrative innovation of industry is an important way to restructure economy and upgrade industries, in which the state will can play a key role. Taking large aircraft industry as an example, this paper analyses the effect of national will on the integrative innovation of industry including strategic integration, organization integration, market integration and technology inte- gration and points out that it is necessary for national will to be more closely integrated with the market mechanism in the future so as to form a unique innovation advantage in our country.
