制度经济学家着眼于制度变迁,给出了制度对于经济发展有着重要作用的结论。人是整个社会的主体,一切制度变迁都离不开人,制度变迁必须与人的发展相契合。经济发展需要制度保障,更需要上层建筑与之契合;生产力发展需要技术支撑,更需要相应的生产关系与之契合。在推动国家发展的制度变迁中,无论是经济的、社会的,制度变迁都必须着眼于人的发展,并与人的主体性发展相契合。
製度經濟學傢著眼于製度變遷,給齣瞭製度對于經濟髮展有著重要作用的結論。人是整箇社會的主體,一切製度變遷都離不開人,製度變遷必鬚與人的髮展相契閤。經濟髮展需要製度保障,更需要上層建築與之契閤;生產力髮展需要技術支撐,更需要相應的生產關繫與之契閤。在推動國傢髮展的製度變遷中,無論是經濟的、社會的,製度變遷都必鬚著眼于人的髮展,併與人的主體性髮展相契閤。

System economists focus on institutional changes and conclude that systems play an im- portant role in economic development. Man is the subject of the whole society and all the institu- tional changes cannot be separated from man, so institutional changes must be in agreement with human development. Economic development needs institutional guarantee and more agreement with superstructure. The development of the productive forces wants technical support and more agreement with corresponding production relations. In the process of promoting the institutional changes of national development, economic, social and institutional changes must all center on human development and be in agreement with the development of human subjectivity.
