Case theory utilized by the lawyer is a kind of theory for case preparation which contains triple expectations of having the judge or jury persuaded,of having the other party and their lawyers accepted and of having their client＇s satisfied,and it also maximizes the winning opportunity of the trial.Following the analysis path from denotation＇s attributes to the inner essence and from distinguished conception to the opinions＇ integration,the connotative characteristics of case theory can be revealed as plausibility of logic presupposition,temporality of the theme development,expectability of narrative explanations,coherence of elements adhesion,and optimality of situation rating.Under the case theory,the description of case,the process advancing,the subjects＇ interaction,the evidence sorting and the allocation to burden of proof is all based on opinion as one of the kernel,As a result,the analysis of case theory helps to deepen understanding of the concept of ＂the opinion-judging doctrine＂.
