银行监管属银行制度的范畴,是银行制度的重要组成部分,由于各国金融制度形成的历史、政治、经济条件不同,因而具体的银行监管制度也各具特色。构建银行监管制度,要明确银行监管的理论依据,在此基础之上,确立与之相对应的监管目标。文章通过对近代各时期银行监管的理论依据和监管目标的梳理,窥一斑而知全豹,研究近代中国银行监管思想的发展脉络,对我国银行业的监管有一定借鉴意义。
銀行鑑管屬銀行製度的範疇,是銀行製度的重要組成部分,由于各國金融製度形成的歷史、政治、經濟條件不同,因而具體的銀行鑑管製度也各具特色。構建銀行鑑管製度,要明確銀行鑑管的理論依據,在此基礎之上,確立與之相對應的鑑管目標。文章通過對近代各時期銀行鑑管的理論依據和鑑管目標的梳理,窺一斑而知全豹,研究近代中國銀行鑑管思想的髮展脈絡,對我國銀行業的鑑管有一定藉鑒意義。

Banking regulation belongs to the category of bank system,is an important component of the banking system,as countries financial system formed by different historical,political,and economic conditions,and the specific bank supervision system also each has its own characteristics.Build system of banking supervision,we must make clear the theory of banking supervision,again,established with the corresponding regulatory goals.Based on the modern theoretical basis of the bank regulation and supervision target of comb,from one small beginning one can see how things develop,research development of banking supervision thought in modern China.
