从全球价值链视角对我国体育用品产业的现状进行分析。全球价值链对我国体育用品产业的发展既有正面亦有负面影响,在带来工艺流程以及产品制造快速升级的同时,又使我国体育用品产业被迫低端锁定,从而陷入升级困境。针对我国体育用品产业的升级困境,剖析了我国作为发展中大国具有的市场容量巨大、产业体系完备、高技术增长率以及层级化空间等独特优势。在此基础上,基于国内价值链、区域价值链、全球价值链理论构建我国体育用品产业升级路径模型。其模型作用机理是,利用我国所具有的独特优势,构建体育用品产业国内价值链体系,通过国内价值链体系培育出本土体育用品企业的技术势力和市场势力;经过国内市场的锻炼,我国体育用品企业逐渐融入区域价值链,在市场条件和发展阶段类似的市场参与区域性国际竞争,进一步提高我国体育用品企业的竞争力;最后,我国体育用品企业进入全球价值链体系,锻造出具有国际竞争力水准的全球技术势力和全球市场势力,从而实现产业升级。此外,部分有实力的体育用品企业也可以无需经历区域价值链环节,直接从国内价值链进入全球价值链,实现产业升级。为我国体育用品产业升级路径选择提供一种可行的思路和方法。
從全毬價值鏈視角對我國體育用品產業的現狀進行分析。全毬價值鏈對我國體育用品產業的髮展既有正麵亦有負麵影響,在帶來工藝流程以及產品製造快速升級的同時,又使我國體育用品產業被迫低耑鎖定,從而陷入升級睏境。針對我國體育用品產業的升級睏境,剖析瞭我國作為髮展中大國具有的市場容量巨大、產業體繫完備、高技術增長率以及層級化空間等獨特優勢。在此基礎上,基于國內價值鏈、區域價值鏈、全毬價值鏈理論構建我國體育用品產業升級路徑模型。其模型作用機理是,利用我國所具有的獨特優勢,構建體育用品產業國內價值鏈體繫,通過國內價值鏈體繫培育齣本土體育用品企業的技術勢力和市場勢力;經過國內市場的鍛煉,我國體育用品企業逐漸融入區域價值鏈,在市場條件和髮展階段類似的市場參與區域性國際競爭,進一步提高我國體育用品企業的競爭力;最後,我國體育用品企業進入全毬價值鏈體繫,鍛造齣具有國際競爭力水準的全毬技術勢力和全毬市場勢力,從而實現產業升級。此外,部分有實力的體育用品企業也可以無需經歷區域價值鏈環節,直接從國內價值鏈進入全毬價值鏈,實現產業升級。為我國體育用品產業升級路徑選擇提供一種可行的思路和方法。

This paper has carried on the analysis of sports goods industry in China from the global value chain perspective. The global value chain has both positive and negative effects to the development of sports goods industry in China. On the one hand, the global value chain brings the process and product upgrading rapidly to the sports goods industry in China, on the other hand, the sports goods industry in China is forced to low-end locking, so that our sports goods industry is in upgrading dilemma. In order to go out of the predicament, the paper puts forward our unique advantages as a developing big country, such as huge market capacity, complete industrial system, high technology growth rates and hierarchical space etc. And then, this paper constructs a model for China's sports goods industry upgrading pathway based on the relationship among the national value chain, the area value chain and the global value chain. The mechanism of action of this model is as follows: Taking the unique advantages of China, we can construct the national value chain system of the sports goods industry, and through the national value chain system we can cultivate the domestic sporting goods industries' technology power and market power. With the domestic market competition experience, China's sports goods enterprises can gradually integrate into the area value chain to participate in the international competition in the area with a similar market development condition, and further improve the competitiveness of sports goods enterprises in China. Finally, China's sports goods enterprises participate in the global competition within the global value chain, and cultivate a strong technical and market competition ability, so as to achieve industrial upgrading. In addition, some excellent sports goods enterprises also need not experience the stage of area value chain, they can go into the global value chain directly from the national value chain to achieve industrial upgrading. This paper provided a feasible upgrading pathway to China's sports goods industry.
