中国高校技术应用化改革初见端倪,高等教育新一轮深化转型已经展开,相较汉族与其他地区少数民族与少数民族地区技术应用型人才缺口更大。我国15所少数民族高校承担着为少数民族培养人才,振兴少数民族地区经济的重任。在改革的浪潮前,民族院校应积极行动起来,力争占领此次改革的先机。民族院校改革应依据我国少数民族的实际需求与民族高校自身发展情况,从明确各民族高校办学定位入手,系统性、分层化地对待。改革应呈现金字塔式结构。依据我国15所民族高校的发展现状可将其分为顶层、中层、基层三类院校,不同的分类对应着不同的改革模式。

As the technology application of universities in China has begun to edge up,a new profound reformation of higher education has spread,compared to the Han nationality and ethnic nationalities in other areas,minority areas high technique practical talents are insufficient,our 15 universities are committed to fostering talents,revitalizing the economy of minority areas.Before the reform bandwagon,ethnic universities should go into action positively,working for taking advanced status of the reformation.Ethnic nationalities' reformation should be based on our minorities' practical demand and ethnic universities' self- developments,firstly we should have clear answers of every ethnic university's running target,treat it systematically and hierarchically.The reformation should present the pyramid framework,in accordance with the development status of our 15 ethnic nationalities,we can dividing them into top,middle and basic level,different levels corresponds to different reformation models.
