产业技术标准联盟是专利协同运用的重要载体,也是世界各国技术标准化的重要组织模式。在产业技术标准联盟专利协同相关理论的基础上,提出产业技术标准联盟专利协同内涵,分析联盟专利协同影响因素及其作用方式,进行问卷调查与多元回归分析,明晰了联盟专利协同关键影响因素。总体而言,联盟内部因素的重要程度大于联盟外部因素的重要程度。其中,以联盟知识产权管理机制最为重要。研究可为确定产业技术标准联盟专利协同管理要点提供参考。

Industrial technology standard alliance is an important carrier of patent collabortative application and it has increasingly become an important organization mode of technology standardization for countries allover the world. On the analysis of theories related to patent collaboration of industrial technology standard alliance, this paper puts forward the connotation of industrial technology standard alliance patent collaboration and then analyzes the influence factors of alliance patent collaboration and the way they act on. Also, this paper carries on the questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis, thus clarifies the key influence factors that affect patent collaboration in alliance. On the whole, the internal factors are more important than external factors, and the factors about the intellectual property rights management are the most important of all. The aim of this paper is to provide references for clearing the patent collaboration management points of industrial technology standard alliance.
