首先从社会学角度阐述了高校外语教师可持续发展的内涵,然后,从人本主义角度分析了当代高校外语教师发展中“作为人”和“作为教师”的价值需求,以及阻碍我国高校外语教师在发展中角色适应的环境因素;从可持续发展观视角阐释了高校外语教师共同体的构成要素,在此基础上提出共同体的“I-CARE”运转模式。最后,指出并论证了“I-CARE”共同体可以为教师提供民主的、和谐的、生态的发展环境,帮助教师顺利实现发展中的角色适应,有效促进高校外语教师可持续发展。
首先從社會學角度闡述瞭高校外語教師可持續髮展的內涵,然後,從人本主義角度分析瞭噹代高校外語教師髮展中“作為人”和“作為教師”的價值需求,以及阻礙我國高校外語教師在髮展中角色適應的環境因素;從可持續髮展觀視角闡釋瞭高校外語教師共同體的構成要素,在此基礎上提齣共同體的“I-CARE”運轉模式。最後,指齣併論證瞭“I-CARE”共同體可以為教師提供民主的、和諧的、生態的髮展環境,幫助教師順利實現髮展中的角色適應,有效促進高校外語教師可持續髮展。

This article ,first ,defines the sustainable development of university EFL teachers from the an‐gle of sociology .Then ,based on humanism ,the article explores the differences between“to be an indi‐vidual” and“to be a teacher” and discusses the environmental factors hindering the role transformation in EFL teacher professional development .T hird ,the article discusses the composing dimensions of EFL teacher professional community from the perspective of sustainable development and advances a concep‐tion of I‐CARE as a social process of development within teacher professional community .Finally ,the article demonstrates how I‐CARE teacher professional community provides EFL teachers with a demo‐cratic ,harmonious and ecological environment w here they can have an easy and effective access to the role transformation to promote sustainable development .
