Facing the Chinese Management Practice; retrospection~ reflection~ prospection
以“实践”为关键词的“中国·实践·管理”论坛对“直面中国管理实践”(简称“直面”)进行了较有意义、较为全面、较为系统的价值探索。基于“直面”的时代背景、论坛的相关研究成果与发展脉络,尝试对“直面”的历程进行总结、反思与展望:认为在未来“直面”时,“实践学者”、论坛与“基金委”管理科学部应该厘清中国管理实践的研究范畴与边界,更加辩证地看待中国传统文化对“直面”乃至中国管理学健康发展的促进作用,同时也需要回归管理研究的本质,避免“直面”研究走进新时期下的管理丛林。
以“實踐”為關鍵詞的“中國·實踐·管理”論罈對“直麵中國管理實踐”(簡稱“直麵”)進行瞭較有意義、較為全麵、較為繫統的價值探索。基于“直麵”的時代揹景、論罈的相關研究成果與髮展脈絡,嘗試對“直麵”的歷程進行總結、反思與展望:認為在未來“直麵”時,“實踐學者”、論罈與“基金委”管理科學部應該釐清中國管理實踐的研究範疇與邊界,更加辯證地看待中國傳統文化對“直麵”迺至中國管理學健康髮展的促進作用,同時也需要迴歸管理研究的本質,避免“直麵”研究走進新時期下的管理叢林。

The "Chi word of Practice, has search on "Facing the C na, Practice and Management" symposium, which is characterized by the key ready valuably explored a lot of meaningful, comprehensive and systematic re hinese Management Practice". So how have "the scholars of practice" investi gated this topic? What is their consensus? Has "Facing the Chinese Management Practice" got closer to Chinese management practices? Although NSFC, the symposium as well as "the scholars of prac- tice" are all focusing on "Facing the Chinese Management Practice", have their efforts been based on the nature of management research? Is it possible that "Facing the Chinese Management Practice" is lending its way to the "Management Jungle" under the new era? Based on these questions and related research achievements and development paths of the "China, Practice and Management" symposium, this study will try to make retrospection, reflection and prospection on "Facing the Chinese Manage ment Practice", wishing to initiate more discusses on this topic and hoping to contribute to the healthy and scientific development of the research on Chinese management practices.
