在分析城市体系规模结构对城乡收入差距影响机制的基础上,选取2006—2011年中国省际数据,运用动态面板数据模型进行实证检验。结果表明：在一个地区的城市体系中,大城市过度扩张而中、小城市发育不足的失衡结构,将扩大城乡收入差距;城市体系协调发展,促进中、小城市充分发育,将有助于缩小城乡收入差距。而且,随着城市化率的提高,城市体系规模结构对城乡收入差距的影响进一步被强化,结构失衡的城市化不利于城乡收入差距的缩小;注重中、小城市发展的城市化路径,则能够更为有效地缩小城乡收入差距。

This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of the scale structure of urban system to urban - rural income disparity, and conducts empirical tests using dynamic panel data model based on provincial panel data in China during 2006 -2011. The results show that in the urban system of a region, imbalance structure of excessive expansion in large cities and underdevelopment in medium and small cities will widen the income gap between urban and rural areas, but coordinated development of urban system and promoting medium and small cities to fully develop will conduce to narrow urban-rural income disparity. Moreover, with the increasing of urbanization rate, the degree of effect on the scale structure of urban system to urban -rural income disparity will further strengthen. This means that structural imbalance urbanization is not conducive to reducing the income gap between urban and rural, and urbanization path of more attention in medium and small cities can more effectively reduce urban-rural income inequality.
