在资源与环境约束下,引入人力资本的绿色经济增长核算模型,将经济增长源泉分解为技术效率变化、技术进步、资本深化和人力资本积累四大部分。中国省份经济的经验分析结果表明：中国经济增长是粗放型的,而且普遍存在着具有较大省际差异的技术无效率现象;资本深化、人力资本积累和技术进步都促进了经济增长,而技术效率变化总体上却对经济增长具有阻碍作用;忽视人力资本的核算结果会显著地高估资本深化的相对贡献,但是对技术效率变化和技术进步的贡献影响较小且统计不显著。

Under the restriction of resources and environment, the green economic growth accounting model with human capital decomposes the sources of economic growth into 4 parts ： technological efficiency change, technological progress, capital deepening, and human capital accumulation. The empirical analysis results of provinces＇ economy in China are as the following： China＇s economic growth is extensive, and technological inefficiency is widespread with great provincial difference; Capital deepening, human capital accumulation and technological progress promote provinces＂ economic growth, but technological efficiency change hinders it on the whole; The economic growth accounting ignoring human capital overestimates the relative contribution of capital deepening to economic growth significantly, but it has little effect on contri- butions of technological progress and technological efficiency change.
