基于经济增长理论和可持续发展理论,推导论证出区域物流发展、经济增长与能源消费三者关系的理论模型,并采用中国1999—2013年的省际面板数据验证理论模型的正确性,得出结论:中国物流业的发展对经济增长有正面影响,区域物流发展对经济增长的影响存在阶段性及明显的地区差异;中国能源消费与人均GDP及上期能源消费同方向变动,本期能源消费对上期能源消费的弹性大于对人均GDP的弹性;中国能源消费强度与物流业发展水平呈相反方向变动,区域物流的发展可以降低生产和流通成本,加速技术创新和产业升级,从而提升能源利用效率,有效地降低能源消费强度,以保障经济系统的可持续发展。

Based on the economic growth model and sustainable development theory, this paper de- duces the relationship between regional logistics development, regional economic growth and energy con- sumption, and proves its validity by using provincial panel data from 1999 to 2013. The conclusions are drawn. The development of China's logistics industry has a positive influence on economic growth and re- gional logistics industry'influences on economic growth differ in various phases and regions. China's energy consumption, GDP per capita and energy consumption of last period change in same direction, and the elas- ticity of current energy consumption to last period's energy consumption is bigger than current energy con- sumption to GDP per capita. China's logistics industry development is negatively related to energy consump- tion intensity. The development of regional logistics could reduce the cost of production and transportation, speed up technology innovation and industry upgrading, thus improve energy utilization and decreasing ener- gy consumption intensity.
