本文试图探讨我国以国家公祭的形式祭奠南京大屠杀死难者的合理性及必要性，以及国家公祭日的设立对以侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆为例的灾难博物馆的功能发挥起到的积极作用，主要从灾难博物馆功能中纪念与凭吊、见证与警示、科普与科研三个方面阐述。
本文試圖探討我國以國傢公祭的形式祭奠南京大屠殺死難者的閤理性及必要性，以及國傢公祭日的設立對以侵華日軍南京大屠殺遇難同胞紀唸館為例的災難博物館的功能髮揮起到的積極作用，主要從災難博物館功能中紀唸與憑弔、見證與警示、科普與科研三箇方麵闡述。

With the arrival of the Nanjing massacre victims of the National Memorial Day, this article discuss the reasonability and necessity of memorializing victims of Nanking massacre in public memorial in China, and the positive influence of National Memorial Day to disastrous museum, taking memorial Hall of the victims in Nanking massacre by Japanese Invaders as an example.This article will discuss memorializing, witnessing and warning and researching in three aspects.
