甲午战争时期，全盘接受了西方“国际法”的日本成功将其运用于甲午战争实践当中。借助签订条约，不但制造了侵华战机，还巩固扩大了战后其侵略成果。通过国际法上的狡辩，不但成功进行了危机公关，还给其侵略行为贴上“文明”标签。以史为鉴，我们要树立正确的国际法心态，认识到强大的综合实力是法律战成功的保障，同时还要将法理论证与舆论宣传相结合，形成舆论合力，增强法律战效能。

In the Sino-Japanese War period, Japan accepted allthe Western ＂international law＂, which suc-cessful application to the Sino practice.With the signing of the treaty, not only manufacture opportunities in launching China＇s aggression, but also consolidate and expand the results of the post-war aggression.By sophistry of international law, not only successful public relations in crisis, returned to its aggressive behavior labeled＂civi-lized＂tab.Learn from history, we establish correct attitude of international law, recognize the strong comprehen-sive strength is the legal battle guarantee of success, but also the legal arguments and propaganda combine to form a force of public opinion, and enhance the effectiveness of the law.
