针对石油企业生产型员工这一特殊群体，建立了人力资源法律风险预警模型。采用德尔菲法完成指标筛选确定指标预警区间，通过层次分析法计算指标权重，运用模糊数学综合评价法计算风险等级。并以我国M公司境外石油勘探项目为例对风险预警模型进行验证。管理者依据模型可以测试该类员工现场管理的法律风险，发出预警信号。

The study established early warning model of legal risk on human resources for productive employees of the petroleum enterprises. It completed screening index through the Delphi method, determined the index weight through Analytic Hierarchy Process, and calculated the risk level through Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It also validated risk early warning model through the M company＇s Oil exploration project abroad. The manager can test legal risk of staff＇s site management based on the model and issue a warning signal.
