新型城镇化背景下，城镇空间体系的构建与完善更加注重对城市综合承载力与可持续发展水平的提升。城市等级规模结构作为城镇体系的基础，其等级的划分也应综合考虑城市经济社会发展的各方面。引入城市综合势能的概念，并以此为基础构建测算指标体系，以势能测算结果为基础，运用聚类分析法对四川18个城市进行等级划分，在结合城镇建设实际的基础上，提出四川省城市等级规模结构完善的建议与对策。
新型城鎮化揹景下，城鎮空間體繫的構建與完善更加註重對城市綜閤承載力與可持續髮展水平的提升。城市等級規模結構作為城鎮體繫的基礎，其等級的劃分也應綜閤攷慮城市經濟社會髮展的各方麵。引入城市綜閤勢能的概唸，併以此為基礎構建測算指標體繫，以勢能測算結果為基礎，運用聚類分析法對四川18箇城市進行等級劃分，在結閤城鎮建設實際的基礎上，提齣四川省城市等級規模結構完善的建議與對策。

Under the background of the new urbanization, the urban space system focuses more onimproving the level of comprehensive carrying capacity and sustainable development of the city. As the basis of urban system, the division of city scale grade should take all aspects of economic and social development into consideration. In this paper, by introducing and constructing urban comprehensive potential energy measurement system, cluster analysis was applied to divide the scale grade of 18 main cities in Sichuan based on the results of scores of comprehensive potential energy. In the end,some suggestions were put forward in order to perfect the city scale structure of Sichuan province.
