国外高校图书馆主要历经了基于文献处理业务分工的机构设置和基于职能强化的大部式的机构设置两个阶段,并呈现馆藏部门依旧占据核心地位、技术服务部与公共服务部门逐渐融合、基于职能创新不断涌现新部门的发展趋势;国内高校图书馆组织机构变革也历经了基于文献处理业务分工的机构设置和基于职能拓展的多元化机构设置两个发展阶段,并呈现采访、编目、流通、阅览等部门呈现整合集成化,期刊部递减,数字化或数字图书馆新兴部门开始引起关注等变革趋势。

Research findings： the organization structuring of university libraries in foreign countries mainly go through two phases： one is to set up organization based on the document processing business, another is to set up the super-ministry based on the strength of function. Meanwhile, presenting the following changing tendencies： the collection department always occupied the central position, technical services and public services gradually merged, based on the function innovation con- stantly emerged new departments. The organization structuring of university libraries in China also go through two phases： one is to set up organization based on the document processing business, another is to set up the diversified departments based on the function expanding. Meanwhile, presenting the following changing tendencies： the acquisition department, cata- loging department, circulation department and reading room gradually merged~ the number of periodical department was on the decrease, emerging digital department or digital library began to attract attention.
