生态文明建设对我国社会主义现代化建设的可持续发展具有重大意义。生态文明建设有政府主导模式、市场主导模式和社会主导模式三种。我国的生态文明建设历史证明政府主导模式效果不佳,市场主导模式存在着诸多问题,而社会主导模式则存在着前提困境、思想困境、途径困境和结果困境,因此,本文认为我国的生态文明建设应该实行政府、市场和社会三方面合作的协同治理模式。在我国构建生态文明建设的协同治理模式应从主体协同、过程协同和外部关系协同三个方面着手,注意处理好三者的关系。

Ecological civilization construction has a great significance to the sustainable development for China＇s socialist modernization construction. Ecological civilization construction has three models, such as government-led model, market dominant model and social dominant model. The history proves that the government-led model has poor effect, the market dominant model has a lot of problems, and the social dominant model have premise predicament, mental predicament, approach predicament and result predicament. Therefore, China＇ s ecological civilization construction should carry out the synergistic governance model that collaborates with the government, market and society. Constructing the synergistic governance model of ecological civilization construction in China should begin from three aspects, such as subject synergy, process synergy, and external relationship synergy, and deal with their relationship very well.
