以2007~2012年中国重污染行业134家上市公司为样本,分析了外部制度压力、内部资源和激励对企业环保投入的影响。研究发现,面对外部制度压力企业会增加环保投入,但是仍存在投机性行为;企业研发水平与环保投入负相关;企业对管理者的长期激励会促进企业在环保方面的投入;企业内部的高流动性冗余资源会正向调节外界制度压力对企业环保支出的影响。

By using data from 134 listed companies in heavy pollution industry from 2007 to 2012,this paper analyzes how external institutional pressure,internal resource and incentive system impact corporate environmental expenditure. It finds that,external institutional pressure will push firms to increase their environmental expenditure,however,such behaviors sometimes are speculative; that RD will decrease firms' environmental expenditure; that firms' long-term incentive for managers has a positive effect on environmental expenditure; and that firms' internal high slack resource will positively moderate the relationship between external institutional pressure and environmental expenditure.
