本研究以CBA职业联赛1995-2014赛季竞赛规程演进及影响效果为研究对象，采用文献资料、调查、数理统计及对比分析法，通过对CBA职业联赛1995-2014年19个赛季竞赛规程进行梳理，理清演变发展历程，探寻发展方向，得出如下发展构想：合理安排赛期，增加比赛场次；增加球队数量，扩大联赛规模；减小比赛密度，提高联赛质量；完善联赛安排，推进赛制改革；合理利用跨年，增加关注人口；集中选拔外援，完善使用制度等。

By taking the evolution of 1995 -2014 Season CBA League regulations and their effects as the research object, applying the methods of literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper has sorted out 19 yearsˊcompetition regulations,clarified their evolution process and explored the direction of development. The conceptions of development can be conceived as follows：arranging the season reasonably and increasing games;enlarging the number of teams and expanding the league scale;decreasing the competition density and enhancing the League ˊs quality;improving the League ˊs arrangements and promoting the reform system;using the cross - year season properly and raising the public attention;centralizing the selection of foreign aids,improving the use of system and so on.
