专业知识是体育教师专业化发展的核心要素,是检验与考察体育教师专业素质的重要依据。本研究主要采用问卷调查法对303名临近毕业的体育师范生的教育理论知识、课程知识、体育学科知识、体育学科教学法知识进行调查。结果显示:体育师范生对各类专业知识的掌握状况较差;不同层次院校体育师范生对专业知识的掌握存在显著差异,就整体而言,部属师范院校优于省属重点师范院校,省属重点师范院校优于省属一般师范院校。社会对体育师范生的需求主要以专项技能型教师为主;师范院校培养目标与课程设置的缺乏,专业知识来源渠道受限、认知程度较低在无形中阻碍了体育师范生专业知识的掌握。建议:应不断加强体育师范生教育实践能力的培养,拓宽体育师范生专业知识的来源渠道,尽快颁行职前体育教师教育教学的相关标准,为体育教师一体化、专业化、终身化发展提供参考依据。

Professional knowledge is the core of the PE teachersˊprofessional development, being important for testing and inspecting physical teachersˊprofessional quality. This paper conducted a survey with questionnaire on 303 normal school students to be graduated to investigate their mastery of educational theory, curriculum knowledge, sports disciplinary knowledge,sports discipline teaching approach. Results showed that the mastery of the sports professional knowledge is poor;there was a significant difference on the mastery of the knowledge among schools of different levels,and on the whole,universities affiliated to the Ministry of Education are better than provincial key universities,which are even superior to the provincial general ones. Social demand for PE teachers are mainly special skilled teachers,and lack of training objectives and curriculum development, limited professional knowledge sources,relatively low cognitive level have virtually hindered the sports students to master professional knowledge. It is suggested that we should constantly strengthen the cultivation of practical ability,broaden the sources of sports teachers and professional knowledge and enact as soon as possible pre-teaching standards to provide reference for the integration,specialization and lifelong development of PE teachers.
