新加坡是一个非常重视大众体育的国家，近年来实施了一系列旨在提高全民健身普及程度和国民身体健康的政策。运用文献资料法对新加坡大众体育政策及其实施情况进行分析，发现新加坡大众体育政策有以下主要特征：政府对大众体育发展有明确详细的工作目标和清晰的价值观；政府各部门通力合作保障政策的高效实施；重视老年人的身体健康，利于老龄化社会和谐发展；加强与企业深层次合作，创造新的经济增长点；发展特色体育项目，提高民族认同感和体育文化辨识度。旨在对新时期我国大众体育发展提供有益借鉴。

Singapore attaches great importance to the public sports. In recent years,a series of policies have been implemented to increase the popularity of national fitness and national health. The method of literature review was employed to analyze Singaporean public sports policies and their implementation,and it is found that Singaporean public sports policies have the following main features：the government has a detailed objective and clear value on mass sports development;the governmental departments work together to ensure the effective implementation of the policy;great importance is attached to the elderlyˊs physical health, conducive to the harmonious development of aging society;strengthen the deep cooperation with the enterprise to create new economic growth;develop featured sports to improve the sense of national identity and sports cultural identification. All the analysis is to provide beneficial reference for the development of mass sports in China in the new period.
