学校心理健康教育是一个复杂的动态系统,包括课程教学子系统、咨询服务子系统、反馈评价子系统、决策调控子系统等四个部分。学校心理健康教育系统除具有与学校其他学科教育共同的特征和规律外,在时效的多重性、输入的不确定性、环境的开放性、结构的自组织性、目标的多维性、个体的差异性等特征和规律方面更为复杂。在这些特征与规律的支配和制约下,构建学校心理健康教育系统应从整体思路出发,树立“教育发展-预防矫治”一体化的教育理念,注重以人为本、分类指导,加强各方协同,形成合力,形成高效灵敏的危机干预机制,完善长短期指标相结合的反馈评价体系。
學校心理健康教育是一箇複雜的動態繫統,包括課程教學子繫統、咨詢服務子繫統、反饋評價子繫統、決策調控子繫統等四箇部分。學校心理健康教育繫統除具有與學校其他學科教育共同的特徵和規律外,在時效的多重性、輸入的不確定性、環境的開放性、結構的自組織性、目標的多維性、箇體的差異性等特徵和規律方麵更為複雜。在這些特徵與規律的支配和製約下,構建學校心理健康教育繫統應從整體思路齣髮,樹立“教育髮展-預防矯治”一體化的教育理唸,註重以人為本、分類指導,加彊各方協同,形成閤力,形成高效靈敏的危機榦預機製,完善長短期指標相結閤的反饋評價體繫。

The school mental health education is a complex and dynamic system, which contains four subsystems-course teaching, consulting service, feedback evaluation, and policy regulation. Al- though it contains the same characteristics and rules with the other subjects' education, at the same time, the school mental health education has some more complex characteristics and laws in terms of multiplicity of aging, uncertainty of import, openness of environment, self-organization of structure, multi-dimensionality of target, differences of individuals and so on. Because of the domination and re- striction of these characteristics and laws, the construction of school mental health system should de- part from the overall thinking, establish the educational philosophy of unification of "education and development, and prevention and treatment", focus on people-oriented and classified guidance, en- hance multiple-coordination and multiple cooperation, form a highly efficient and sensitive crisis inter- vention mechanism, and improve the feedback evaluation system which is the combination of long- term and short-term indicators.
