高校希望通过提升自己的影响力吸引校友捐赠，却对高校影响力对校友捐赠的影响途径不甚了解。作为较为有效的小样本探索性路径分析工具，用偏最小二乘法（PLS）模型探索高校影响力对校友捐赠的作用是较为适合的。通过学术影响、毕业生影响、社会声誉、技术转化四个维度所体现的高校影响力分析，发现：在我国，高校社会声誉及毕业生影响对校友捐赠有显著正向作用，高校的学术影响及技术转化程度对吸引校友捐赠的作用并不明显．而社会声誉及毕业生影响的提升最终归因于优秀的师资．

Universities want to attract alumni donations by enhancing their influence, however they don＇t quite understand the ways their influences impacting on alumni donations. As an effective small sample exploratory path analysis tool, partial least squares （PLS） model had used to explore the influence from university impact to its alumni endowment in a proper and timely way. The university impact were divided in four dimensions, including： academic influence, graduates＇ influence, social reputation, technology transfer. Results tell that： graduates＇ influence, social reputation have shown significant positive effects on alumni endowment, but academic influence and technology transfer haven＇t shown obvious relationship to alumni endowment as we expected. As for enhancing social reputation and bettering influence of the graduates, it is eventually attributed to excellent facuhv.
