根据服务外包产业发展特点.引入“知识生产模式Ⅱ”理论作为服务外包人才培养模式的理论基础。在此基础上.创新服务外包复合应用型人才培养目标.打造国家级服务外包人才培养模式创新实验区:实现跨学科课程设计,创新“一体两翼”人才培养模式;为适应服务外包区域集群发展需求。与中关村高新技术软件园及其代表性企业合作,学科专业与区域企业集群协同共建服务外包人才“孵化池”,建立学生大批量、长周期行业企业实践长效机制。实践证明该理论视角下服务外包人才培养是可行的。

Response to the service outsourcing Mode Ⅱ theory is adopted as the theoretical basis industry development characteristics, Knowledge Production of service outsourcing talents training mode innovation. An innovation idea was proposed based on the new theoretical framework of knowledge production mode Ⅱ A national experimental area was created for the service outsourcing talents training model innovation breaking through the barriers of subjects in Beijing Union University. A compound and practical talent training target was built to meet the needs of the service outsourcing industry. Interdisciplinary curriculum system was set up to break through the information and management disciplines. To adapt to the enterprise cluster development in service outsourcing area, the national experimental area built a Talent Hatch Pool of service outsourcing talents cooperating with the Zhong Guan Cun New and High Technology Software Park and its representative enterprises. The Talent Hatch Pool provided a long-acting mechanism for mass students' long-term industry and enterprise practice. Practice results proved that the theory is feasible to be used for service outsourcing talent training_
