Cultural self - consciousness is people＇s independent spirit exploration and profound reflection for the culture of their own and other cultures, but also is full of action intention of cultural transformation and innovation. In recent years, domestic and foreign libraries propose and practice the concept of ＂third space of Library＂ , the function and social value of the library have been extended. University libraries may approach from cultural education, cultural reading and cultural space to construct platform of enhancing the cultural self - consciousness of university students. 10 refs.
