本文以承德市为例，深入了解了承德市旅游公共服务的现状，承德市旅游公共服务虽然已在基础设施、信息公示等方面取得成就，但仍发现了宣传不足、引导不当等诸多问题，并从加大宣传力度、转变引导机制、加强基础设施建设等方面提出了对承德市旅游公共服务体系建设的建议。
본문이승덕시위례，심입료해료승덕시여유공공복무적현상，승덕시여유공공복무수연이재기출설시、신식공시등방면취득성취，단잉발현료선전불족、인도불당등제다문제，병종가대선전력도、전변인도궤제、가강기출설시건설등방면제출료대승덕시여유공공복무체계건설적건의。
This paper has a survey of the current situation of tourism public service in Chengde, in which there are many problems like lack of publicity, improper guide, etc. in spite of achievements in infrastructure, in-formation publicity and other aspects. Suggestions like strengthening the publicity, changing the guide mechanism, strengthening the construction of infrastructure are put forward for the construction of tourism public service sys-tem in Chengde.
