通过构建逆周期超额资本模型,对国内上市银行2004~2012年非平衡面板数据实证分析研究影响我国银行业资本缓冲的制约因素,同时,检验资本缓冲与经济周期间的关系。结果表明,由4种成本决定的商业银行逆周期超额资本模型更符合实际,中国上市银行资本缓冲具有显著的逆周期特性。进一步,分时段研究资本缓冲的周期性特征,得出逆周期资本缓冲具有随经济周期动态变化的特点,商业银行构建“逆周期资本缓冲”机制具有重要的理论及实践意义。
