互联网作为当代科技的集中代表，在各个方面都改变着人．类的社会生活。文章着眼于互联网的发展，运用可持续生计资本分析方法，讨论产业扶贫的对策，认为互联网与农业的深度融合与协同发展能够推动滇桂黔石漠化片区农业的转型升级。适应贫困地区新型农业发展的需要，必须加强产业扶贫的机制创新。

The Intemet, as a representative of the concentration of contemporary science and technology, change the social life of human beings. This paper focus on the development of the Internet, using sustainable livelihood capital analysis method, discusses industry countermeasures for poverty alleviation. The paper considers that the Internet and the depth of the agricultural integration and coordinated development can promote transformation and upgrading of rocky desertification area in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan. It can meet the needs of the new agricultural development in poverty region, and the poverty alleviation mechanism must based on the industry innovation.
