台湾金融业发展相比杭州有许多优势和丰富经验，引进台湾金融业对于杭州经济金融发展有重要意义。杭州台商及本土经济金融发展存在对台湾金融业的需求，而台湾金融业也存在对杭州的金融服务供给意愿。对此，杭州应该通过加强法治建设，出台优惠政策，发展金融相关产业，推动对台金融产业合作，鼓励台湾各类金融业态入驻，同时应积极向中央争取政策支持。

In order to bring in Taiwan＇s finance investment, Hangzhou should reinforce the construction of rule of law, endow tax allowance and exemption to Taiwan＇s finance, develop finance related sectors, promote the cooperation of finance with Taiwan, encourage all kinds of financial sectors＇ investment in Hangzhou, ask for policy support from the central government.
