历史古城是饱含历史真实信息的物质载体,是珍贵的历史文化遗存。作为与城市联系较为紧密的遗产类型,历史古城与其所在城镇往往处于空间叠置的状态,故二者可能存在着保护与发展的矛盾,进而产生二者孰先孰后的博弈。以凤翔古城为例,分析了凤翔古城保护与利用的现状及存在的问题。在此基础上,结合凤翔古城的历史文化资源特征和凤翔县城的现况,提出了凤翔古城保护及利用与凤翔县城发展的协同之策。

Historic city is a material carrier full of real historic information, as well as the precious historical and cultural heritage. As a heritage type more closely linked to the modern city, historic city always covers some spatial places with the town where it lies. Therefore, there would be inevitable to generate game between its protection or utilization and the development. This essay, taking the old city of Fengxiang for exampie, this essay analyzes the problems in the protection and utilization of Fengxiang historic city. Combined with the actual situation of resource characteristics of the ancient city and the city Fengxiang, this essay explores the collaborative strategy for the protection of the ancient city and county development.
