在重启新一轮经济体制改革的背景下,文章基于中国1992~2011年省级层面的数据检验了制度环境中的地区腐败、金融市场化等制度变量对企业家精神的影响机制及其效应。实证结果表明,作为制度环境替代性变量的地区腐败、金融市场化均与企业家创新精神具有稳健的正相关关系;地区腐败、金融市场化与两种类型的创业活动均具有正相关关系,但对私营企业家创业活动具有更强的解释能力;进一步研究发现,地区腐败、金融市场化对东中西三大区域的企业家创业、创新活动具有不同的影响效应;在使用不同的处理方法进行稳健性检验后,上述结论仍成立。

With a new round of economic system reform, on the basis of China＇s data from 1992-2011 provincial level system, this article is trying to examine the influence mechanism and effects of systematic variables, as regional corruption and financial marketization, in institutional environment on entrepreneurship. The results of this empirical study show that, as alternative variables of institutional environment, local corruption and financial marketization have steady positive correlation with innovation spirit of entrepreneurs, and even a stronger capability to explain the entrepreneurial activities of private entrepreneurs. A further study shows that the above elements take different effects on the entrepreneurial activities of three major areas in China. Through robustness testing with different processing methods, these conclusions could also be proved.
