为充分发挥大型体育赛事惠及民生的社会效应,采用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以近年来我国举办的大型体育赛事为研究对象,在探究其对改善民生双重影响的基础上,提出我国大型体育赛事举办与改善民生耦合的路径：1）建立大型体育赛事举办与改善民生耦合的社会支持网络体系;2）注重赛事投入与民生投入的协调发展,着力解决好人民最迫切最需要的民生问题;3）注重大型体育赛事与全民健身的协调发展,增强人民的健康水平;4）努力转变政府职能,推进服务型政府建设,做好政府办赛惠民科学决策;5）强化体育赛事举办与改善民生耦合的社会举证制度。对规避我国大型体育赛事举办的盲目性及办赛惠民的低效性,具有指导意义。

The purpose of this study was to maximize the social effects of holding large-scale sporting events on people＇s livelihood.Used the methods of literature review,investigation and expert interview,taken the large-scale sports events held in China as subjects,this study analyzed the effect of large-scale sports events on improving people＇s livelihood,and pointed out the following integration path of holding large-scale sports events and improving people＇s livelihood,which includes 1） establishing social support network system to integrate holding largescale sports events and improving people＇s livelihood;2） paying attention to coordinating development of sports event investment and people＇s livelihood investment and solving the most urgent need of people＇s livelihood;3） developing sport event and mass sports coordinately for improving people＇s physical fitness;4） changing government function,promoting the construction of service government,and making up scientific policies for people＇s benefits;5） strengthening social proof system of integration of holding large-scale sports events and improving people＇s livelihood.This study has important guiding meanings to avoid the blindness and inefficiency of holding large-scale sport events.
