本文以北京地区为例,从＂知晓情况＂、＂参与行为＂、＂印象评价＂与＂期待意向＂四个维度对国家综合档案馆的公众形象进行了实证研究。研究结果显示：公众对综合档案馆的知晓度和日常服务参与度总体水平都比较低,其日常参与行为的最主要目的是满足工作需要,其次是处理私人事务;互联网未在提高综合档案馆知晓度和参与度方面发挥应有的作用;公众对综合档案馆＂五位一体＂功能的发挥基本都持正面评价,对其单位性质、服务对象和内容的印象介于积极与消极之间,对其整体氛围的印象则偏消极。

This paper, taking Beijing as a case, has carried out an empirical research on the public image of national comprehensive archives from four dimensions. Research results show that： the public awareness of the comprehensive archives and level of daily service participation are relatively low, the main purpose of their daily participative behavior is to satisfy the need of work, the second is private affairs;Internet hasn＇t played its due role in improving its public awareness and participation; the public＇s evaluation of the comprehensive archives ＂five in one＂ function is basically positive and their impression on its unit properties, service object and service content is between the positive and the negative, but their impression on the integral atmosphere is negative.
