西方学者对于幸福感的研究趋向于概念的整合，即以快乐论为基础的主观幸福感和享乐幸福感，以及以幸福论为基础的心理幸福感和现实幸福感。然而，现实幸福到底包含了哪些内容至今都备受争议。因此，未来研究应更加关注现实幸福的组成部分，为什么这些是现实幸福的组成部分，这些组成部分为什么会对个人起到积极作用，以及如何将现实幸福运用到幸福经济和人力资源管理中。

There is a trend among western scholars on the integration of the well-being concept, namely subjective well-being and hedonic well-being based on hedonism, psychological well-being and eudaimonic well-being based on eudaimonia. However, the elements that make up eudaimonic well-being is still debatable till this day. Therefore, future research on eudaimonic well-being will be more focused on its components, why these components make up eudaimonic well-being, why do these components have positive effects on people, and how to utilize eudaimonic well-being in the happiness economy as well as human resource management.
