改革开放以来，我国集体林产权不断演化，与国际上的林业分权经营基本上同步。国内外对我国集体林产权制度演化开展了大量研究工作。文章从我国集体林产权制度演化过程、制度与产权制度、土地产权制度、集体林产权制度及效率等5个方面进行了文献回顾。有关集体林产权制度下一步研究工作需要引入规范经济学研究思路，采用计量经济学方法，从多个角度开展我国集体林产权制度演化及绩效研究工作。

Collective forestland tenure in China has been changing sincere form and opening-up, which is harmo- ny to the forest decentralization in other countries and regions. Abundant researches related with the evolutions of coUective forestland tenure have been done. The paper reveries the progresses in the fields of the evolutions of China＇ s collective forestland tenure since the early 1980s, institutions and land tenures, collective forestland ten- ures and efficiency. We find that there still some research gaps to be narrowed for the researches in the future, eco- nomic paradigms and econometric approaches should be further strengthened, and the researches of collective for- estland tenure should be taken from multiple perspectives.
