在当前特定的时代背景下,我国可以通过地方本科院校转型发展、若干高职院校合并发展、优秀高职院校独立发展等路径建设一流高职院校。但在路径选择中应注意：地方本科院校转型难,需系统的配套政策支持;合并发展需因地因校制宜,不能盲目推进;优秀高职院校独立发展需狠抓内涵建设。

Under particular backgro the following paths： local undergraduate und of the times, we can build first-class higher vocational college through colleges＇ transformational development, some higher vocational colleges＇ merge development or good higher vocational colleges＇ independent development. However, we must pay attention to the path selection, the local undergraduate colleges＇ transformation are difficult, which need the supporting policies; the merge development needs to take actions that suit local colleges＇ circumstances to avoid blindly putting forward; the good higher vocational colleges＇ independent development need to strengthen the connotation construction.
