采用Probit模型与Oaxaca—Blinder分解模型，结合陕西、宁夏实地调研数据，实证分析不同模式下农户土地抵押决策响应的影响因素及差异原因。结果表明：非农收入率、文化程度及服务认知是影响农户土地抵押决策响应的主要因素；由于土地产权抵押模式和农户禀赋差异，两地农户土地抵押决策响应存在着显著差异，相对于陕西农户而言，宁夏农户更愿意进行土地抵押。
채용Probit모형여Oaxaca—Blinder분해모형，결합협서、저하실지조연수거，실증분석불동모식하농호토지저압결책향응적영향인소급차이원인。결과표명：비농수입솔、문화정도급복무인지시영향농호토지저압결책향응적주요인소；유우토지산권저압모식화농호품부차이，량지농호토지저압결책향응존재착현저차이，상대우협서농호이언，저하농호경원의진행토지저압。
Empirical analysis is made about land mortgage of farmers＇ decision by using Probit and Oaxaca-Blinder model with the data receiving Shanxi province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous region. Results show that the rate of non-farm income, education and service are the main factors affecting farmers decision response; As the decision response are significant different because of land mortgage and farmers character- istic, Ningxia farmers prefer mortgage more than Shannxi farmers. According to the findings, corresponding suggestions are proposed.
