运用计量经济模型从能源强度、产业结构和能源结构3个方面研究了影响中国碳排放强度的因素,研究表明,能源强度的提高能够使碳排放强度上升,第二产业、第三产业以及非化石能源比重的提高能够使碳排放强度下降,并对2010年和2011年中国碳排放强度变化做了分解,研究表明中国碳排放强度的下降主要是由能源效率减排引起的,基于以上研究提出当前应优化产业结构和稳步提高非化石能源比重等建议,对于政府制定节能减排政策具有一定的借鉴意义。
運用計量經濟模型從能源彊度、產業結構和能源結構3箇方麵研究瞭影響中國碳排放彊度的因素,研究錶明,能源彊度的提高能夠使碳排放彊度上升,第二產業、第三產業以及非化石能源比重的提高能夠使碳排放彊度下降,併對2010年和2011年中國碳排放彊度變化做瞭分解,研究錶明中國碳排放彊度的下降主要是由能源效率減排引起的,基于以上研究提齣噹前應優化產業結構和穩步提高非化石能源比重等建議,對于政府製定節能減排政策具有一定的藉鑒意義。

The paper study the factors in china carbon intensity from three aspects of energy intensity,industry structure and energy structure using econometric model. The conclusions of the research show that improve of energy intensity can make carbon intensity rising,that improve of the secondary industry proportion,the tertiary industry proportion,as well as non- fossil energy sources proportion can make carbon intensity decreasing,and it makes china carbon intensity a break down in 2010 and 2011,the conclusions of the research show that the reduction of china carbon intensity is mainly caused by energy efficiency reduction,the paper propose that china should optimize the industrial structure on current and improve non- fossil energy sources proportion steadily,and so on,it is meaningful for government to constitute policy of energy saving and emission reducing.
